Why we started DriveBoss
The industry deserves better tools.
I got into Non-Emergency Medical Transportation at the exact moment the industry was being pushed to modernize. Someone already inside the field told me what providers were going through — real operations being managed with outdated tools, manual processes, phone calls, paper, and constant chaos. They needed software that could make the transition possible.
What started as a business opportunity quickly became something more personal. The more I learned, the more I understood this wasn't about vehicles and schedules. It was about people trying to get to dialysis, doctor appointments, treatments, and critical care. When transportation fails in this industry, real people suffer. That stayed with me.
The early years had their turns, but by then the mission mattered more than the setup. I stayed. I built DriveBoss because this industry deserves better tools — and the patients who rely on it deserve reliability they can count on.

Founder & CEO
Dmitri's background spans business analysis, systems design, and company building, with more than a decade centered inside Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. He got into NEMT at the moment the industry was being pushed to modernize — when providers were still running real operations on outdated tools, manual processes, phone calls, and paper. What started as a business opportunity became personal: when transportation fails in this industry, real patients miss dialysis, doctor appointments, and critical care. That's what kept him in.
DriveBoss is the product of one recurring challenge he spent a decade watching operators fight: turning the complex, weakly structured operations of NEMT into software, workflows, and decision systems that dispatchers, billers, and drivers can actually use on a Monday morning. He is also the founder and CEO of Vega LLC (ExpenseOnTheGo, BallisticTracker, AI-Term) and Lucid Decision LLC, an AI architecture studio. Based in Hoboken, NJ.
Sviataslau Z.
CTO
Sviataslau is a systems architect, AI inventor, and practicing programmer whose career has centered on designing intelligent systems for complex, weakly structured, high-consequence environments — exactly the kind of problem NEMT operations present every day. His work sits at the intersection of constraint modeling, algorithmic optimization, and the practical realities of making software feel simple to the people who use it at 6 a.m. before the first trips dispatch.
At DriveBoss he leads engineering, the mobile stack, broker-integration work with ModivCare, MTM, Alivi, and Access2Care, and the constraint-aware scheduling engine behind DriveBossIQ Scheduler — the optimizer that protects standing orders, places hardest trips first, and factors driver rate, vehicle cost, and fuel into every route. He is based in the DriveBoss Palm Coast, FL office.
