DriveBossIQ — run dispatch by voice or chat Now live

Open DriveBossIQ on the dispatch board, type a command or press the mic and say it — DriveBossIQ transcribes your words and does the work. Press / to browse every command by type. The goal is simple: stop clicking through menus. Dispatchers tell DriveBoss what they want, in plain language, and it happens.

• Find trips (17 commands) — "show me the unassigned trips going to place", "show the trips going to place before time", "the trips for rider name", "for broker name", "on route route" — plus will-call, standing-order, wheelchair, stretcher, late, no-path, and planning-problem filters.
• Put trips on drivers, take them off, cancel and send back (24) — assign in one sentence, including the compound version: "take the trips going to Ashburn before 9 a.m. and assign them to Driver A". Unassign, cancel, or send a trip back to the broker the same way.
• Drivers, the scheduler, paths and prices (22) — driver status and running-late handling, "run the scheduler", recalculate paths and prices.
• Riders, standing orders, addresses, and other DriveBoss screens (58) — look up or manage riders and recurring orders, fix addresses, and jump to any other screen without the menu.
• 134 commands at launch, combinable and free-form — chain them, ask in your own words, and the list grows with every release from dispatcher feedback. Starting on the dispatch board; scheduling, submitting, and billing are next.
• Type or talk — voice is transcribed into the chat, so a dispatcher on a headset never has to reach for the mouse.

• In-app chat panel — dispatchers and users can ask support questions about DriveBoss from inside the web app at any time.

Cost-Aware Scheduling Algorithms

• Multiple deterministic optimization algorithms — Normal, Precision (revenue-weighted), Streamline (speed-weighted), Hangry Streamline (speed + revenue), plus a Customer-Defined profile.
• Economic inputs inside the algorithm: driver rate, vehicle run cost, fuel economy (MPG), gas/diesel price per gallon.
• Per-vehicle home base + operation area — routing begins from the right origin, and the algorithm won’t send a vehicle outside its ZIP territory.
• Time-shift ± 15 min in 5-min increments during algorithm execution to pack trips efficiently; shifted times visually highlighted.
• Additional run — insert more trips into an already-built schedule without rebuilding.

Platform & Hosting

• AWS US-region, EC2 compute, Aurora MySQL cluster (multi-AZ, managed failover).
• Business Associate Agreement — an AWS BAA covers the underlying infrastructure, and DriveBoss signs a BAA directly with your company.
• All PHI-handling services used from AWS’s HIPAA-eligible list.
• Web app for dispatchers, billers, managers, admins — modern browser, tablet-friendly (full web app on iPad/Android, not a stripped-down mobile view).

Security & Role-Based Access

• Per-company unique key on driver-device backup files — emailed backups from drivers cannot be read by other companies.
