  • Scope: help-desk replacement for product Q&A (how to do X, where to find Y, what a status means, how a feature works).
  • No competitor publicly documents a support assistant across in-app, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Cost-Aware Scheduling Algorithms

  • Multiple deterministic optimization algorithms — Normal, Precision (revenue-weighted), Streamline (speed-weighted), Hangry Streamline (speed + revenue), plus a Customer-Defined profile.
  • Economic inputs inside the algorithm: driver rate, vehicle run cost, fuel economy (MPG), gas/diesel price per gallon.
  • Per-vehicle home base + operation area — routing begins from the right origin, and the algorithm won’t send a vehicle outside its ZIP territory.
  • Time-shift ± 15 min in 5-min increments during algorithm execution to pack trips efficiently; shifted times visually highlighted.
  • Additional run — insert more trips into an already-built schedule without rebuilding.

Platform & Hosting

  • AWS US-region, EC2 compute, Aurora MySQL cluster (multi-AZ, managed failover).
  • AWS Business Associate Agreement in place — covers all PHI stored and processed on DriveBoss infrastructure.
  • All PHI-handling services used from AWS’s HIPAA-eligible list.
  • Web app for dispatchers, billers, managers, admins — modern browser, tablet-friendly (full web app on iPad/Android, not a stripped-down mobile view).
  • Native mobile apps (iOS + Android, phone or tablet): Driver app + Supervisor app.
  • IVR + SMS for passengers.

Security & Role-Based Access

  • 256-bit HTTPS (TLS) for all client ↔ server traffic.
  • Per-company data segregation + encryption at the database layer.
  • Per-company unique key on driver-device backup files — emailed backups from drivers cannot be read by other companies.
  • Four distinct operational roles — Dispatcher, Scheduler, Submitter, Biller — so duties can be segregated cleanly for audit purposes. Same user can hold multiple roles; permissions composed additively.
