Scheduling
- Visual Time Planner — each Vehicle-Driver Route on its own timeline, color-coded by trip state, break time, and transfer legs.
- Multiple scheduling algorithms — cost-aware optimization with driver rate, vehicle run cost, fuel economy, and gas price as tunable inputs. Routes built to maximize profit per trip, not just minimize distance.

- Rider management — regular rider profiles with alternative addresses, blocked-rider list that auto-flags for reroute back to broker.
Driver App
- Native iOS + Android on phone or tablet. Offline-capable after initial sync.
- Geo-fence auto-triggers — arrival at pickup, signature capture moment, and trip end fire automatically as the driver enters/exits geo-fences. Reduces driver taps and timestamp fraud.
- In-app comms with dispatcher — text and voice/audio messaging built into the app. No Slack, WhatsApp, or Zello needed.
- One-click passenger dial, next-day schedule preview, hide-finished-routes, built-in navigation launch.
- Signature capture with signor-type tagging (Self / Facility / Parent-Guardian / UTS) — eliminates ambiguity at billing and audit time.
- Triple-redundant data pipeline — offline events are not lost. Daily backup file preserves major events. Dispatcher-side restore if a trip ever goes missing.
Supervisor App
- Separate lightweight app for field supervisors on phone or tablet. Assign, unassign, and reassign trips without a desk.
- Designed for the reality of large-operation yards, lunch rushes, and supervisor ride-alongs.
- Same backend as the driver app. Different role, different UI.
- No competitor publicly documents a dedicated supervisor-role mobile app — this is a differentiator.
Communications
- Dispatcher-initiated SMS to passengers for trip confirmation and cancellation.
- Automated 15-minutes-away notification fires as the driver approaches pickup.
- IVR line for passengers to dial in and look up their driver’s current ETA — no app required.
